Our Theatre My Way Inclusive Theatre Workshop took place on Saturday, March 14 from 8:45 AM–12:30 PM at Everett Hills Baptist Church, and it was a wonderful success! This special event welcomed individuals with special needs ages 10–22 for a fun, inclusive morning of learning theatre foundations. Each actor was paired with a trained theatre peer “buddy,” creating a supportive environment where participants could explore acting, music, and movement together.The workshop concluded with campers presenting a choreographed musical number for family and friends, celebrating all they learned throughout the morning. We are so grateful to the students, families, volunteers, and community members who made this event so meaningful. We hope to offer more Theatre My Way workshops in the future—stay tuned for upcoming opportunities!
